Rosebud County Fair - Rental Rates 2010

IMPORTANT: Cleaning and damage deposits will be held in the fair office and will be refunded if the area or property is left in as good or better condition than it was found. The Rosebud County Fair Board or its agents reserve the right of approval on all events. A hold-harmless document must be signed and attached to all rental agreements. Restrooms will be clean and stocked prior to events. It is the responsibility of the renter to clean the area rented and dump garbage in receptacles provided. Concession stand rental payment schedule will be determined by the Fair Board upon event approval. The Fair Board reserves the right to audit the books and/or sales records of organizations selling concessions under a percentage rental agreement.Coming April 30
(Subject to change) All other rents and deposits must be paid before the event begins. These rates and rules were approved by the Rosebud County Fair Board in January 2010.
